Libertyville, LZ claim NSC wins

Libertyville d. Stevenson: Libertyville was steady on defense and served aggressively, netting a total of 8 aces, to sweep Stevenson, 25-21, 25-23. Alex Basler had 6 kills while Morgan O’Brien had 7 digs as the Wildcats improved to 3-2. For Stevenson (6-3), Grace Duffy had 4 kills and Alexa Bykowski had 10 assists.

Lake Zurich d. Lake Forest: Sydney Glover had 5 kills and 3 blocks to lead Lake Zurich to a 25-11, 25-14 win over Lake Forest. Mallory Parsons added 4 kills and 3 aces while Mickenzie Andrews added 3 kills and 7 blocks. Setter Kristen Walding had 15 assists and Ashley Dina had 9 digs for the Bears, who improve to 7-2.

Antioch d. Milwaukee Reagan: Marissa Grant filled the stat sheet for Antioch. She had 6 kills, 2 blocks, 26 assists and 2 aces as the Sequoits got by Reagan of Milwaukee, 25-3, 12-25, 25-17. Madeline Johnson added 5 kills and 2 aces for Antioch (4-0).

McHenry d. Grant: McHenry got the nonconference sweep, 21-15, 21-15.
