Four face mob action charges at apartments near Lombard

Four known gang members were charged with felony mob action after a fight at an apartment complex near Lombard, police said Monday.

DuPage County sheriff's deputies responded about 8 p.m. Saturday to the altercation near the apartment complex tennis courts.

Authorities said the victim, whom they also identified as a gang member, was treated at the scene and released.

Charged were Emilio Guillen, 22, of the 1000 block of Neltnor Boulevard in West Chicago; Oscar Hernandez, 17, of the 600 block of Hearth Lane in Carol Stream; and brothers Juan Solano, 18, and Marcos Solano, 17, both of the 21W600 block of Lynn Road near Lombard, police said.

The four men remained in the county jail Monday and would have to post bonds ranging from $1,500 to $5,000 to be released.
