5th Annual job expo in Round Lake Beach Sept. 12

The 5th annual Employment Expo takes place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 12, at the Round Lake Beach Cultural & Civic Center, 2007 Civic Center Way, off Hook Drive west of Route 83.

Professional resume service and job-seeking assistance will be offered at the event, which also features job-related workshops. Topics include communicating across generations, effective resume writing and tips, and opportunities for connections. More than two dozen participants will provide booths and resources.
