Landauer inks sole supplier agreement with Premier healthcare

GLENWOOD — Landauer Inc. and the Premier healthcare alliance have announced a sole source group purchasing agreement to deliver standardized high quality medical physics consulting support for Premier members.

The agreement allows Premier members to benefit from a full breadth of radiation safety oversight and quality assurance solutions at specially negotiated pricing and terms. With a membership base consisting of approximately 2,900 hospitals, Premier represents more than half of the community hospitals in the United States.

Under the sole-source agreement, Landauer will provide diagnostic imaging physics, radiation therapy physics, dose optimization services, and the Verifii suite of radiation safety services including assessment, gap analysis, remediation, and ongoing oversight.  Consistent with its strategy of providing a national medical physics practice group with personalized local service,

Landauer has implemented partner agreements with several medical physics groups around the country to provide the essential quality and breadth of services needed to support Premier members. More partnerships and talent acquisition will be explored as needed to support this contract.
