Marshall says he’s not happy with hip progress

Bears wide receiver Brandon Marshall said yesterday that he’s not where he’d like to be recovery-wise after his third career hip surgery. Marshall caught 118 passes last season but dropped all three throws sent to him in last week’s preseason game. Full story.

Jordan Danks hit a clutch two-run single the eighth inning to lead the White Sox to a 4-3 win over the Houston Astros last night. Danks finished with three hits, and the White Sox won for the ninth time in 11 games. Full story.
