Job fair in Waukegan
State Rep. Rita Mayfield, U.S. Rep. Brad Schneider and the Illinois Department of Employment Security will host a job fair Thursday, Aug. 22, at the Ramada Inn, 200 N. Green Bay Road, Waukegan. The job fair will be open exclusively for veterans from 9 to 10 a.m. and to all jobseekers from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Participants can meet with prospective employers who are seeking to fill positions.
