Paylocity in Arlington Heights names Gaty to lead product development

Arlington Heights-based Paylocity Corp. has appointed Ted Gaty as senior vice president of product development.

Gaty joins the payroll and human resources services provider after serving as chief information officer, benefits administration for Aon Hewitt, where he was responsible not only for the division's technology investment, but also for ensuring the technology vision for benefits administration aligned with Aon Hewitt's overall strategic direction.

“Ted's comprehensive background leading large scale technology teams along with his experience in benefit administration will allow Paylocity to continually enhance our payroll and human resource platform while at the same time introducing several new products to market,” said Steve Beauchamp, Paylocity president and CEO . “With Ted on board, we expect to double our investment in product development over the next two years.”
