Fire scouting report

Chicago Fire at Philadelphia Union, 7 p.m. Saturday at PPL Park

TV: Channel 50

Scouting the Fire: The Fire (7-9-4, 25 points) gets another try to knock off an Eastern Conference club ahead of it in the standings. New forward Juan Luis Anangono is available for selection but probably won’t play while he works to regain his fitness. Sean Johnson returns to goal after missing July for the Gold Cup.

Scouting the Philadelphia Union: The fourth-place Union (9-6-7, 34 points) has plenty of goal-scoring ability up front in Jack McInerney and Conor Casey, and Sebastien Le Toux has 9 assists. The Union is undefeated in its last three matches and defeated the Fire in back-to-back games in May.

Next: D.C. United, 7:30 p.m. Wednesday at Toyota Park in U.S. Open Cup semifinal
