AAUW Used Book Sale Starts Aug. 1

Thousands of used books, CDs, DVDs, cassette tapes and records will be available at the annual Elmhurst Area AAUW Used Book Sale on August 1-4 at the Jackson Elementary School, 925 Swain, Elmhurst.

Hours are 6pm-9pm on Thursday (8/1), 9am-9pm on Friday (8/2), 9am-4pm on Saturday (8/3), and 12-3pm on Sunday (8/4). There is free admission all days except Thursday Opening Night ($10 fee plus $10 per scanner).

Highly organized into over 30 categories, the sale includes a large Children's Section and a Collector's Area. Most items are priced from $.50 to $2.00 each. Big price reductions on Sunday including a Bag Sale - $7 per standard grocery bag of regular books.
