Route 45 resurfacing:

Motorists should expect delays as resurfacing on Route 45 (Olde Half Day Road) from Route 83 to Route 21 in Mundelein, Lincolnshire, Vernon Hills and Indian Creek gets under way. The work involves 3.9 miles of resurfacing and will require temporary lane closures. Traffic will be reduced to one lane and will be controlled by flaggers. Work will be performed during various hours. The project has an estimated completion date of Nov. 15.
