Change the way you 5K with the Color Blast 5K Aug. 10
On Saturday, August 10, change the way you 5K at the Color Blast 5K in downtown Arlington Heights. Run, walk, skip, or dance through bursts of color as you make your way through the course. By the time you cross the finish line, you will be your own pastel masterpiece. More bursts of colored happiness await you at the colossal post-5K party complete with food, drinks, DJ, and a growing spectrum of color. The first race of its kind in the northwest suburbs, this fun run promises exciting and brightly colored fun for the whole family.
This year, the race kicks off at 10:00 a.m., and registration is $50 per person or $45 per person for teams of four or more. Each registration includes a goody bag, an official Color Blast 5K T-shirt, protective face and eyewear, a personal color packet, and a racing bib.
With no winners or official times, this race is perfect for every size, shape, and style of runner or walker. Come one, come all because this color will look good on you!
