CAGGNI presents 'Searching 18th & 19th Century English Parish Records'

CAGGNI (The Computer-Assisted Genealogy Group of Northern Illinois) will present "18th and 19th Century English Parish Records" talk by CAGGNI member Sandra Trapp.

The meeting is free and open to the public.

Parish chests have been used since medieval times.

Birth, marriage, and burial records weren't the only records that the parish chest held. Learn of resources that may provide information about ancestors even if they weren't the gentry.

The meeting will be held from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, July 20th at the main Schaumburg Library, 130 S. Roselle Road, Schuamburg.
