Car Fun on 21 in Libertyville:

MainStreet Libertyville hosts the classic car show Car Fun on 21 on Wednesday, June 19, 6 to 9 p.m. on Church Street in downtown Libertyville. In addition to classic cars 25 years and older, vintage fire trucks from Libertyville and several surrounding communities will be featured. Music will be provided by The Mojo Daddies, a local Libertyville band, and food is available from local restaurants. Anyone interested in displaying a car should use the Brainerd Avenue entrance. No registration is needed. Volunteers will be available to direct the cars to parking spots beginning at 5 p.m. Other Car Fun on 21 events are Wednesday, July 17 (music provided by Music Now DJ Group), Aug. 21 (David Dallison & Friends) and Sept. 18 (music provided by Music Now DJ Group).
