타 A key was used to scratch a vehicle outside of Smashburger, 842 N. Randall Road, according to a police report. The incident was reported to police at 4:28 p.m. Thursday.

타 Someone used a key to put a deep scratch into the side of vehicle outside of the Randall 15 Theatre, 550 N. Randall Road, according to a police report. The damage was reported at 6:27 p.m. Thursday, police said.

Geneva

타 Two 19-year-olds from Geneva, John M. Donnelly, of the 1800 block of Keim Court and Andrew Carberry, of the 39W200 block of Forbes Drive, were cited on the 2200 block of West Fargo Boulevard for underage drinking at 1:07 a.m. Thursday, according to a police report.

타 Zachary W. Cramer, 19, of the 1800 block of Rita Avenue, St. Charles, was cited for underage drinking at 6:41 p.m. Tuesday in the 600 block of South Third Street, according to a police report.
