Why protesting school closings?
When you see all those parents out protesting the closing of public schools, and look at the low attendance and graduation rates at those schools, the picture gets muddy.
If education is really as important to these parents as they want us to think, then why aren’t the attendance and graduation rates higher? And if it isn’t important, why are they protesting?
