Protesters from Holy Cross Catholic Church from Batavia stand outside the Planned Parenthood clinic in Aurora on Friday. A man has been charged with swerving his vehicle at a protester at that location. Police said video surveillance did not show him swerve, but prosecutors filed charges anyway based apparently on several witness statements and other evidence.
