Advocate recognized as ‘Great Place to Work’

For the fourth consecutive year, Oak Brook-based Advocate Health Care is being recognized as a “100 Great Places to Work in Healthcare” by Becker’s Hospital Review and Becker’s ASC Review.

Becker’s editorial teams accepted nominations for the 2013 list and selected recipients based on thorough editorial research.

Advocate was given the honor based on five categories critical to employee satisfaction-providing robust benefit packages, positive work environments, excellent employee recognition programs and opportunities for professional development and continuing education.

“It’s an honor to be named one of the nation’s best places to work,” said Jim Skogsbergh, president and CEO, Advocate Health Care. “The recognition is really a testament to the dedication and commitment of our physicians, clinicians and staffs who provide the safest and highest quality of care to those we are privileged to serve every day.”
