Stevenson perfect in NSC volleyball

Stevenson moved to a sparking 10-0 in the North Suburban Conference with a 25-16, 19-25, 25-11 win over Mundelein in boys volleyball on Tuesday.

Brett Lerner led the way with 11 kills while both Brad Tiller and Aaron Zalewski added 10 kills apiece. Stevenson setter Jonah May rolled up 26 assists and Brian Dubinsky finished with a team-high 25 digs. Stevenson is now 29-4 on the season.

Warren d. Lakes: Despite a 16-25, 25-23, 19-25 loss to Warren, Lakes finished with its best North Suburban Conference record in school history at 7-4. Richard Galat led the Eagles with 7 kills while Mason Solbrig added 5 kills. Galat also had 7 digs and Solbrig had 3 blocks. James Olson paced Lakes with 8 blocks and setter Dalton Solbrig finished with 15 assists.
