DuPage Veterans Foundation May 4 fundraiser for Honor Flight Chicago

On Saturday, May 4th at the DuPage Airport, please join the DuPage Veterans Foundation in honoring our WWII and Korean War Veteran heroes! All proceeds from this event will benefit Honor Flight Chicago.

Last year's event was a huge success. We were able to honor over 100 WWII Veterans and raised enough funds for an entire flight for Honor Flight Chicago. This year we invite as our guests and pay tribute to our Korean War Veterans as well as our WWII heroes. Come out and have lunch with these special men and women in a show of appreciation for their service to our Country.

Once again WGN's Steve Sanders will emcee our event. A moving patriotic program, complete with bagpipers, will pay tribute to each branch of our military. Lunch is included in the price of admission along with some great entertainment from the "Legacy Girls" who will be back to perform WWII era music. View the period military vehicles, aircraft, and memorabilia on display. Most importantly, each of our WWII and Korean War heroes in attendance will be recognized for their service during Roll Call. Don't miss this unique opportunity to hear their amazing stories and shake their hands in gratitude!

Tickets: - $30 ($40 day of)/ kids $20 - FREE ADMISSION TO WWII & Korean War Veterans as well as Active Duty Military in uniform!
