Allergen-free expo coming to Schaumburg April 20-21

The Gluten and Allergen-Free Expo will be hosted by the Schaumburg Convention Center and the Renaissance Schaumburg Convention Center Hotel on April 20-21. The expo will feature 150 vendors and attract an estimated 7,500 people, the largest expo for the group since 2008. This Chicagoland GAF Expo is expected to be the largest since its inception in 2008. More than 15 million Americans presently are on a gluten-free diet. The expo allows visitors to sample hundreds of products in one location, including personal care products. The expo is geared toward the celiac community, those with gluten sensitivities, autoimmune, inflammatory diseases, and autism. Athletes and the health conscious will benefit as well.
