Brown leads Grayslake Central victory

Grayslake Central 2, Huntley 1 (8): Brittany Brown was everywhere for Grayslake Central. She went 2-for-4 with a double, and she was even tougher in the field. She pitched all eight innings for the Rams and gave up no earned runs and only 2 hits and 2 walks. Katie Strickland also went 2-for-4 with a double and drove in a run for the Rams.
McHenry 9, Grayslake North 2: McHenry rolled up 12 hits en route to the win. Jordyn Bowen and Maddie Tarlap led the Knights with 2 hits apiece.
