James Otto concert in Elgin canceled

Country singer James Otto’s concert Friday in Elgin has been canceled.

His concert was to be a benefit for Habitat for Humanity. Ticket holders will get a full refund, organizers said.

Representatives of The Hemmens will contact ticket holders, who can also call the box office at (847) 931-5900 or by email at hemmensboxoffice@cityofelgin.org regarding refunds.
