Avesis implements Napersoft platform

Naperville-based Avesis Inc. has successfully implemented Napersoft CCM Document Platform to automate the document creation and distribution process, resulting in improved business efficiencies and overall quality of provider correspondence.

For over 30 years, Avesis has developed innovative and cost-effective programs that help their partners provide vision, dental and hearing benefits throughout the country. Avesis' partners include Medicaid, CHIP, Medicare Advantage and commercial health plan sponsors; insurance carriers; unions; and TPAs as well as state and county governments, school districts, and employer groups of all sizes. Today, Avesis' programs cover over 6,000,000 members throughout the country.

With a growing business, Avesis generates thousands of correspondence communications to providers, health plan partners and members each week. Avesis successfully implemented Napersoft CCM for correspondence created by multiple departments, including Utilization Management, Claims and Provider Services. The solution integrates with Avesis' databases and generates prior-authorization letters for members and welcome packets for new providers. With Napersoft CCM, Avesis has improved branding, consistency and standardization and overall quality of correspondence across the enterprise.
