Lake Zurich Dist. 95 settles lawsuit over molestation case

Lake Zurich Unit District 95 has settled one of two lawsuits claiming officials ignored complaints regarding inappropriate sexual conduct by a high school teacher toward a student about eight months before criminal charges were filed against him in 2010. COD faculty group pulls support for candidate

The political action committee of the College of DuPage Faculty Association has withdrawn its endorsement of board candidate Frank Flores, Jr., who officials said was fired as a COD employee in 2010 after allegations of sexual harassment surfaced.
