Library incumbents have served well

I was proud to serve on the Cook Library Board for six years. During most of those years, I had the privilege to serve with Bonnie Quirke and Ann Oakley.

As a former board president, I know the tremendous amount of volunteer hours that Bonnie and Ann put into the library district. They have a strong record of fiscal responsibility and maintaining quality library service in all areas of the district.

Bonnie has served diligently as board president, ensuring that the Cook Park and Aspen Drive facilities are operating effectively and within our means. Ann brings strong private sector experience to the board and has consistently advocated on behalf of taxpayers to increase efficiency.

Both Bonnie and Ann share my deep commitment to the community, and I urge Cook Memorial Library District voters to re-elect them this April.
