Likeable, open, easy to talk to
My vote will be cast for Ray Rogina for mayor of St. Charles on April 9. I believe Ray will be an effective, productive, efficient mayor. As a current alderman, he has gained broad familiarity with the workings of city government and understands how best to accomplish positive things.
St. Charles is in his blood. He loves the town and will do his best to foster a superior quality-of-life for our residents. Dedication and commitment are part of his makeup.
He works at making good decisions. He is thoughtful and deliberate when considering any issue. He demonstrates practical wisdom.
He considers prudent fiscal responsibility as a hallmark for any mayor’s good worth, and to most of us, making good financial choices is what really counts in the long run.
On a personal note, Ray is a likable, open, friendly person who is easy to talk to and someone who will attentively listen to differing views.
