Aristotle Preschool and Kindergarten Students "Travel" to Brazil
Despite the snow falling outside, students at the Aristotle Preschool and Kindergarten school in Niles, IL kept it hot in the classroom as they "Traveled to Brazil".
Footprints of the Mind, LLC hosted an in-school field trip for the students at St. Haralambos Greek Orthodox Church in Niles, IL. Students learned about the continents and where Brazil is located on the world map.
They learned that Brazil is one of the Seven New Wonders of the World and what is found on the land and in the country. They finished off their "travels" by making masks for their Carnival themed party that the school is hosting for its students.
