Schaumburg Park District theatre to perform Disney's "The Little Mermaid Jr."
Schaumburg Park District is heading under the sea for its latest musical!
The District’s theater program will perform Disney’s The Little Mermaid Jr. at 7 p.m., March 8 and 9, and 2 p.m., March 10 at the Community Recreation Center, 505 N. Springinsguth Road.
The musical follows the young mermaid Ariel who longs to leave her ocean home to live in the world above. She will have to defy her father King Triton, make a deal with the evil sea witch Ursula and convince Prince Eric that she’s the girl with the enchanting voice before she lives on land.
Tickets are $11 for ages 13 years and older, and $6 for children. Children under age 2 are free if held.
