WINGS Scavenger Hunt offers prizes

It’s already February and some of us are already giving up on resolutions to organize and clean out closets.

WINGS is offering you a chance to keep working on those resolutions by participating in its first Palatine resale store Scavenger Hunt.

Individuals are welcome to participate, though groups are encouraged. Starting Friday, Feb. 22, and continuing through Friday, March 22, participants will hunt for items on WINGS “Donation Wish List!”

Points will be awarded for each item submitted at the Palatine store, located in the Park Place Shopping Center. In an effort to spread awareness of WINGS Resale, social media tasks will be rewarded with major points as well.

The top three scavenger hunters or groups with the most points will win prizes. Donations will be accepted any time at the WINGS Palatine Resale Store 11 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Monday-Sunday. All items submitted will be considered charitable donations to WINGS and sold in the resale store, tax receipts will be supplied.

The WINGS Donation Wish List will be available at the Palatine Resale Store, at wingsprogram.com, and on Facebook.
