AutoGenomics Inc. - Vista, Calif., 6 million shares, priced $9 to $11, managed by Leerink Swann. Proposed Nasdaq symbol AGMX. Business: Provides a molecular diagnostics system for genetic testing in clinical laboratories.

Boise Cascade Co. - Boise, Idaho, 11.8 million shares, priced $16 to $18, managed by BofA Merrill Lynch and Goldman Sachs. Proposed NYSE Symbol BCC. Business: North American wood products manufacturer and building materials distributor.

ExOne Co. (The) - North Huntingdon, Pa., 5 million shares, priced $14 to $16, managed by FBR Capital Markets. Proposed Nasdaq symbol XONE. Business: Provider of 3D printing machines and printed products to industrial customers.

Health Insurance Innovations Inc. - Tampa, Fla., 4.67 million class A shares, priced $14 to $16, managed by Credit Suisse, Citigroup, and BofA Merrill Lynch. Proposed Nasdaq symbol HIIQ. Business: Offers web-based medical insurance plans for the uninsured and underinsured.

National Commercial Bank Jamaica Ltd. - Kingston, Jamaica, 16.07 million American depositary shares, each representing 50 ordinary shares, priced $13 to $15, managed by J.P. Morgan and Macquarie Capital. Proposed NYSE symbol NCJ. Business: Jamaica’s largest commercial bank.

New Source Energy Partners LP - Oklahoma City, Okla., 4 million common units, priced $19 to $21, managed by Baird, Stifel Nicolaus Weisel, and BMO Capital Markets. Proposed NYSE symbol NSLP. Business: New Source Energy-sponsored LP formed to own OK-based oil and gas assets.

QGOG Constellation S.A. - Luxembourg, 27.5 million shares, priced $19 to $21, managed by J.P. Morgan, BofA Merrill Lynch, and Itau BBA. Proposed NYSE symbol QGOG. Business: Brazilian provider of offshore oil and gas drilling.

ZAIS Financial Corp. - Red Bank, N.J., 5.65 million shares, priced at $21 each, managed by Deutsche Bank, Citigroup, and Barclays. Proposed NYSE symbol ZFC. Business: Mortgage REIT that invests in agency and non-agency RMBS.
