Schools should be safe havens from abuse

No means no means no. No hazing, no bullying, no physical abuse, no sexual abuse in school or at school activities. Ever. Period.

All kids from preschoolers through college students should feel safe, secure and happy in school, never worried or scared about being hazed, bullied or abused in school. Kids should only be worried about passing a test.

If students need to be suspended, expelled or punished by banning them from sports, so be it. If administrators, teachers, coaches or volunteers need to be fired, so be it.

I’m tired of hearing lying, whining and excuses from adults who were hired to keep kids safe.

I guess we just need more lawsuits to get the message across. No hazing, no bullying, no physical abuse, no sexual abuse, and no cover-ups in school. Ever. No means No. Period.
