Northbrook Community Synagogue To Hold Chanukah Celebration Dec. 9
Northbrook Community Synagogue will hold a Chanukah celebration from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Sunday, December 9. The event is open to the community and free to all who attend. The synagogue is located at 2548 Jasper Court in Northbrook.
The Chanukah celebration will feature a special Chanukah-themed science show, featuring Dr. Art Friedman’s Eureka Discoveries program. Latkes and sufganiyot (jelly doughnuts) will be served. There will also be Chanukah based arts and crafts and other activities for the children and an annual Chanukah gift boutique. For further information, call the synagogue at 847-509-9204.
