Developer kicks in free parking for buyers at Wolf Ridge

Buyers seeking an immediate-occupancy residence can lock in financing with a 5-percent down payment and receive two free parking spaces valued at $9,500 at Wolf Ridge Condominiums.

“For a limited time, the developer — the city of Northlake — is offering to give the buyers both a heated indoor parking space and an outdoor parking space,” said Paul Dincin, partner in Catapult Real Estate Group, the exclusive marketing agent for Wolf Ridge.

Qualified buyers at Wolf Ridge, situated at 77 N. Wolf Road, just north of North Avenue in Northlake, can get a 30-year, fixed-rate conventional mortgage at 4.95 percent interest with a low 5-percent down payment,” Northlake Mayor Jeffrey T. Sherwin said.

Built by Northlake as a downtown redevelopment project, Wolf Ridge features 60 condominiums and nine floor plans featuring one or two bedrooms and one or two baths.

“These spacious homes were designed to provide a high quality of life for their owners,” said Terrie Whittaker, director of brokerage services for Catapult Realty. “Each condo features a private balcony with park or city view, a great room and open kitchen, in-unit laundry room, indoor heated garage plus additional private outdoor parking.”

Visitors can tour three models with two available for immediate occupancy.

The Belle, priced from $194,000, features 1,336 square feet with two bedrooms and two baths.

An upgraded eat-in kitchen with L-shaped work area showcases black appliances and birch cabinetry topped with shiny granite. A half wall separates the great room.

Chocolate and green highlight the great room where a sofa, two chairs and ottoman provide seating. A round dining table awaits guests in this contemporary space, which also includes a plasma TV. Sliding glass doors open to the balcony with an eastern city view.

Situated in a private wing to the right of the great room, the master bedroom suite has a walk-in closet, master bath with double-bowl vanity, tub and separate walk-in shower. The guest room sits off a small hallway

The Leyden model, priced from $149,900, features 1,181 square feet, two bedrooms and one bath.

This plan also shows an open eat-in kitchen with L-shaped work area, bisque appliances, oak cabinetry and lots of counter space.

A cream sofa, chair and round dark wood table furnish the great room. The space has a coastal feel with blue and brown and some shutter-style accents. Sliding glass doors lead to the large balcony.

This is a split bedroom design with the rooms on either side of the great room. The master suite has a walk-in closet and master bath with a tub and shower combination.

The second bedroom shows a day bed covered with teal, an office area with desk, dresser and walk-in closet.

The Lake, priced from $194,000, features 1,344 square feet with two bedrooms and two baths.

The kitchen, separated from the great room by a half wall, shows cherry cabinets and bisque appliances with ceramic tile flooring.

The great room has a Pottery Barn look and a spacious feel with a green sofa and cream chaise lounge, credenza and round table.

Again, bedrooms sit on either side of the great room. The master suite accommodates a king-size bed and still has room for a reading area. Taupe and terra cotta give the room a current look. The master bath shows a double sink, tub and walk-in shower.

The guest room is outfitted as an office with striped chairs and a desk. The guest bath is done in burgundy and green.

Each unit has individually controlled heating and central air conditioning and radiant heating in the floor.

Development amenities include a decorated lobby with two elevators, intercom system, indoor heated parking, individual private storage lockers and a fire sprinkler system throughout the building, radiant heat to melt snow at entryways and garage entrances, and solid reinforced brick construction.

The development overlooks a park and features elegantly landscaped grounds.

Monthly assessments range from $249 to $280.

“Wolf Ridge Condominiums is attracting many buyers who work, rent an apartment or own a home in Northlake or the nearby suburbs of Melrose Park, Franklin Park, Elmhurst and Bensenville,” Whittaker said.

Area amenities include Centerpoint Preserve and Recreation Facility, which features walking trails and a picturesque, meandering stream. To the south is the local business district with restaurants, shops and services.

The Wolf Ridge Condominiums sales center and models at 77 N. Wolf Road are open from noon to 4 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday, from 1 to 4 p.m. on Saturday and by appointment on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday. For more information, call (708) 492-1010 or visit www.wolfridgecondominiums.com.
