On Wednesday, Feb. 6, the Mount Prospect/Prospect Heights Noon Rotary Club will hold its annual Classic 5000 Fundraiser. A single winner could walk away with the grand prize of $5,000 cash! In addition to the grand prize, 20 consolation prizes worth at least $100 each will be awarded. All prizes will be awarded.

Only 225 tickets will be sold at $100 a piece. The ticket not only makes one eligible for the Grand and consolation prize drawings, it also gives two people entry to the evening’s festivities, including a buffet dinner and complimentary three hour full-service bar. The drawing takes place at Atlantis Banquets 1273 E. Rand Road, Arlington Heights. Doors open at 5:30 p.m., and dinner begins at 6 p.m. The raffle starts at 7 p.m. with all prizes awarded by 9:30 p.m.

The Mount Prospect/Prospect Heights Noon Rotary Club is celebrating 50 years of service to Mount Prospect/Prospect Heights communities and the world. Proceeds from the fundraiser go toward both local and international service projects including supporting local school literacy programs and eradicating polio world wide.

The Mount Prospect/Prospect Heights Noon Rotary Club also awards thousands of dollars in scholarships annually to Mount Prospect and Prospect Heights High School seniors seeking college degrees and vocational training.
