Update: Both the Bulls and Rockets made a good call on center Omer Asik. The former Bulls second-round draft pick jumped to Houston (4-7) as a restricted free agent and currently ranks third in the league in rebounds with 12.3. He’s also averaging 10 points and has his free-throw percentage up to .625. Ex-Thunder SG James Harden is fourth in the league in scoring (24.2 ppg), while former Knicks PG Jeremy Lin is averaging 10.5 points and 6.6 assists. Houston’s second-leading scorer is SF Chandler Parsons at 13.9 ppg.
