Update: Oklahoma City created some self-controversy by trading SG James Harden just before the season. He’s averaged 35.3 points in three games for Houston, while the Thunder has already lost twice, to San Antonio and Atlanta. Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook have matching 20.8-point scoring averages, while Harden’s replacement, Kevin Martin, is off to a good start at 19.3 ppg.
