Know rules of road and follow them

Why are not bicyclists not ticketed for running red lights and stop signs? This must not be as much of a safety issue as the red-light camera violator enforcement. Could the revenue generated be the reason? Nah, not in this state.

Why do vehicles stop on Rand Road for a school bus that is making a drop-off or a pickup in the opposite direction. Route 12 is a four-lane road. The bus picks up or drops off in the right lane adjacent to the complexes where these children live. The lanes behind and to the immediate left of the bus, by law, are required to stop — not the vehicles in the two lanes to the far left going the opposite direction.

Could this ignorance be a result of not having taken a driving test and being oblivious to the rules of the road? There are enough slowdowns with the traffic and construction being as such. Please do not needlessly add to them.
