Chicago Soul launch party

The Chicago Soul FC of the Major Indoor Soccer League is hosting an official launch party from 1 to 5 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 14 at the Sears Centre Arena, 5333 Prairie Stone Parkway in Hoffman Estates. Doors open at 12:30 p.m.

The free event will feature a meet and greet session with the club’s coaches, players, dance team members and Soul staff. Kids are welcome to play on the field with the players and learn routines with the dance team, as well as partake in other fun games and activities. Soul merchandise will also be available for purchase.

The team launches its inaugural season on Friday, Nov. 2 and will host a home opener at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 7 at the Sears Centre. For information on the launch party call (847) 533-6472 or visit chicagosoulfc.com.
