Former D103 administrator dies:
Former Lincolnshire-Prairie View School District 103 teacher and administrator Darryl Handcock died Friday morning after a two-year fight with cancer, officials have announced. Handcock recently retired as assistant superintendent for business. Visitation is set for 1 to 5 p.m. Sunday at Burnett-Dane Funeral Home in Libertyville. A funeral is set for 10 a.m. Monday at the United Methodist Church of Libertyville.
