Prairie Trail, a new community that sits amid picturesque ponds, mature trees and natural conservation areas in Lake Villa, presents a beautiful model home for visitors to tour.
The community by Orleans Homes will feature 165 houses, each with four bedrooms, 2½ baths, den or bonus room and a two- or three-car garage.

The Bainbridge is priced from $312,990 and features 3,057 square feet, four bedrooms plus bonus room, 2½ baths and three-car garage.
This home shows a sophisticated interior with upscale furnishings, crown and decorative molding and a calming palette of chocolate, taupe and cream with a touch of teal.
In the living room, a large mirror gives the room a spacious feel while a sofa topped with pillows and four chairs provide plenty of seating.
