Hanover Twp. to offer back-to-school physicals at Elgin office
Hanover Township and Kid Care Medical Partners have teamed to host a Back-to-School School/Sport Physical and Immunization Clinic from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 14, at the township’s Community Relations Office, One American Way, Elgin. School physicals are required for students entering kindergarten and sixth and ninth grades. Physical exams and immunizations are free with Medicaid. Without Medicaid, residents will be charged $5 per immunization and $25 per exam. Residents are asked to register ahead of time by calling Kid Care Medical Partners at (630) 599-5480.
