Suburbia’s Got Talent: Anton Ostrovskiy

One of the young talents at this year’s Naperville’s Got Talent show at Neuqua Valley High School was Anton Ostrovskiy of Naperville. He treated the audience to an excerpt of an “Alleluia” by Mozart, along with his friend Natasha Urakchin. His mother Svetlana said, “I was so nervous that my son was performing in front of such a large audience, that my hands were shaking while taking the video.” Anton is involved in the Russian Center for Language and Culture in Naperville and attends cultural classes there on Saturdays. He has also sung at North Central College’s International Festival and appeared in a children’s theater production of Peter Pan in Buffalo Grove.
