Since the unemployment is high people need training or retrained for high tech potions for there are few factory jobs available.District 9 need grocery stores and pharmacies in the community to accommodate seniors and low income familiesKey Issue 2 I want to help families to afford foreclosure of homes. This would also keep the property value up and taxes down.
