Ravioli for one

Frozen cheese ravioli is one of the easiest desperate dinners for one. Delicious and delicate, frozen ravioli is available from several manufacturers. It’s fast, only about 3 minutes in already-boiling water.

And since the frozen pasta comes in individual pieces, you can cook the exact amount you need.

The only challenge I can come up with for this miracle dinner for one is the sauce.

Sure, I can throw some jarred or refrigerated sauce on the cooked pasta and toss to coat, and I often do. But other times I want a little something special.

Even though I’m eating by myself, there’s no reason to dumb it down, right? So I developed today’s recipe with an elegant touch.

You’ll be proud to serve Five-Minute Cheese Ravioli, no matter who’s eating.

If it’s just you, dinner for two or even a party of eight, this sauce is easy and wonderful. Even better? The sauce is so quick that it’s finished at the same moment when the ravioli is done.

Suggested menu: Five-Minute Cheese Ravioli with baby field greens with vinaigrette and an Italian roll.
