Metra expanding no-cell-phone cars

Shhhhh. Metra will expand its popular no-cell-phone cars to all lines June 6 after a successful pilot project. This also means muted electronic devices and headphones only you can hear. Locations will be the second cars from the locomotive and the end of the train.
