Neiman painting spotlights Medinah's clubhouse

Officials preparing for the 2012 Ryder Cup this fall at Medinah Country Club unveiled a colorful painting by acclaimed artist LeRoy Neiman to celebrate the 39th tournament pitting USA vs. Europe.
The original painting depicts the famous clubhouse and it was presented to Ryder Cup and Medinah golf officials Wednesday night.
Medinah Country Club, which has hosted three U.S. Opens, two PGA Championships, one U.S. Senior Open and three Western Opens, will add another chapter to its golf history with the 2012 Ryder Cup, Sept. 25-30 at the famed suburban course.
