Guacamole

3 avocados
½ small white onion, diced
1 clove garlic, chopped
2 tablespoons lime juice
Cilantro, chopped
2 plum tomatoes chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Peel and pit the avocados. Chop the flesh and add it to a medium bowl; mash with a potato masher. Add the onion, garlic, lime juice, cilantro, and tomatoes. Mix together, add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve with chips.
Serves four.
