Intro to Taoist Tai Chi offered

Give yourself the gift of good health in the New Year! Introductory Taoist Tai Chi classes for fitness and health at all Chicago and suburban locations in January and February. Wear comfortable clothes, flat shoes. The first visit is complimentary; fee required for ongoing classes.

Visit illinois.usa.taoist.org or westsuburbanchicago@taoist.org for locations and dates.Once registered, students may attend as many classes as they wish in any location. Locations in the West Suburbs - Elmhurst, Glen Ellyn and Fox Valley in St Charles.

Wednesdays Jan 12 and 19 - 6:30-8 pm in St. Charles at the Congregational United Church of Christ

Thursday Jan 20 - 6:30-8 pm - Glen Ellyn at the First Methodist Church

Monday February 12 - 6:30-8 pm - Elmhurst at Elmhurst Presbyterian Church

Saturday March 7 - 9-10:30 am Elmhurst at Elmhurst Presbyterian Church
