Library board opening:The St. Charles Public Library District board of trustees invites interested people to apply for an opening on the library board. The term will expire in May 2011. Officials expect the turn lanes to be closed for about one month. Motorists are asked to consider alternate routes.Pizza for charity:California Pizza Kitchen, 1202 Commons Drive in Geneva, will contribute 20 percent of lunch and dinner sales on June 3 to benefit the Geneva Community Chest. Participants must present the flyer that is available at genevacommunitychest.org.
