BofA downgrades Northern Trust

Northern Trust Corp. was downgraded to "neutral" from "buy" by analysts at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

The brokerage reduced its estimate of the Chicago-based custody bank's 2010 earnings per share to $2.70 from $2.95 today.
